The members of the Alabama Historical Radio Society, in our effort to fulfill the points of our Mission Statement, provide educational programs and displays on the evolution of modern technology and radio in particular. To that end, we provide forums at local radio events, provide speakers at local educational events and provide tours of our museum and facility to local school and civic groups. We explain how radio, as a mode of communication, is indispensable to modern connectivity.
